Your Order does not suit you? Don't panic, we'll explain how to do it!
Under the right of withdrawal policy, you can return your order.
- First of all, go to the "My Account" area > "Order history and details" - Select your order and press "Details",
- You will find a box at the very bottom of the page in which you can send us your message.
- Once your request has been sent, prepare your package.
Remember to protect the content well! It must be returned in its original packaging without traces of use or opening.
Before closing the package, remember to insert the order form or purchase invoice!
